Scrip
How it works:
Scrip is an easy and cost-free way for families to raise much needed funds for GSLS. The GSLS Scrip program has two major components: EScrip and Scrip gift cards.
EScrip:
With EScrip, families securely register their grocery club cards and major credit and debit cards through escrip.com (or through our GSLS scrip coordinator). Our school automatically receives up to 8% of purchases made with the registered cards at participating merchants. There are over 200 local merchants participating in the Escrip program.
.Scrip:
Scrip gift cards are simply that – gift cards from over 100 well-known merchants. These cards are purchased by GSLS at a discount and sold for the face value of the card. The GSLS scrip coordinators sell these cards in the parking lot daily from 8:30 – 9:15am.

Over $16,000 was earned through the Scrip program this school year alone. 50% of the earnings go directly back to the classrooms, 40% to the Parent Association, 5% to the Annual Fund and 5% to the Building Fund.
