What makes a school special? Some would say it would be our strong record of academic achievement. Others would include our teachers, staff, students and parents. At Good Shepherd Lutheran School, we not only consider these very important factors, but also look to extend the students' learning opportunities through a complete, well rounded educational environment. We provide a challenging, relevant and varied array of academics and activities throughout the day.
Good Shepherd Lutheran School is a Christian learning place designed to open a world of growth for your elementary child. We follow the California standards and our faculty members are given room to teach to their passions; all class work is designed with our core beliefs about learning in mind.
We are aim to develop a love for learning and a working partnership between students, parents and school staff. Our goal is to support, encourage and nurture the academic, physical, emotional, social and spiritual learning of each individual student. Students learn to set, pursue, and accomplish goals, communicate their ideas and feelings in various media, demonstrate positive citizenship, and give faithful witness to their faith in Jesus Christ.
